* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 747 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.25 and 2.5 inches of
rain have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Kokomo, Frankfort, Crawfordsville, Tipton, Covington,
Veedersburg, Windfall, Newport, Greentown, Thorntown,
Mulberry, Cayuga, Russiaville, Waynetown, Darlington,
Kirklin, Linden, Colfax, Clarks Hill and Sharpsville.

Instructions
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
