Windy conditions will develop this afternoon and may persist into
early evening, even outside of any thunderstorms that develop.

Winds will gust up to around 40 mph, with a few gusts to 45 mph
possible.

Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. The wind gusts may
make driving more difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
