At 528 AM EST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Boswell to near Edgar County Airport.
Movement was east at 35 mph.
HAZARD…Winds in excess of 40 mph.
SOURCE…Radar indicated.
IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include…
Lafayette, Crawfordsville, West Lafayette, Clinton, Covington,
Rockville, Veedersburg, Williamsport, Newport, Attica, Shadeland,
Dayton, Fairview Park, Battle Ground, Cayuga, Montezuma, Waynetown,
Darlington, Linden, and Rosedale.
This includes the following highways…
Interstate 65 between mile markers 161 and 184.
Interstate 74 between mile markers 1 and 40.
